Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants:  Case involved breach of HIPAA confidentiality and Law Against Discrimination theories of liability.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants:  The plaintiff contended that she sustained bilateral ureter lacerations during a cesarean section.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: This case concerned allegations of a delay in diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants:  The severely cognitively impaired infant alleged that the the nursing staff failed to recognize fetal distress on fetal monitoring strips.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The plaintiff asserted that there was a failure to diagnose and treatan aortic aneurysm, resulting in the decedent's death.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The decedent's estate alleged that cardiac medications were improperly prescribed and that glucagon and epinephrine were not used during the decedent's code. 
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: This case involved an allegation of a failure to diagnose Lyme's disease.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The decedent's estate contended that the defendants failed to diagnose a stroke.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The plaintiff alleged that the defendants collectively failed to diagnose the presence of a percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy tube in the decedent's stomach, causing pulmonary and cardiac symptoms and, ultimately, the decedent's death. 
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The plaintiff alleged that the defendant surgeon's surgical technique led to a second leg fracture.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants:  The decedent's estate contended that the nursing staff and attending physicians failed to diagnose and treat a post-operative bleed, causing death.
Jane/John Doe v. ABC Defendants: The decedent's widow contended that the defendant physician failed to diagnose decedent's lung cancer.
